When you use an enquiry form, Samtek receives the contact and project details you submit so the team can respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text field.
How enquiry details are used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to the enquiry, understand the machinery or plant requirement, and follow up about that project. Website analytics and campaign parameters may be recorded to understand how enquiries reach the site.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit an enquiry. To ask about information you have shared or request an update, contact Samtek through the enquiry form and include enough context for the team to find your request.
This initial website policy should be reviewed and updated by Samtek’s legal/privacy representative to reflect its final data retention, analytics, CRM and communications practices before launch.
